Lauren Kalt is a writer and editor who graduated from Northern Arizona University with her BA in English, minors in French and studio art, and a certificate in creative writing.
She was a copy editor for NAU’s newspaper The Lumberjack and a fiction editor and copy editor for NAU’s literary magazine The Tunnels. She worked for several years as a Peer Instructor for NAU’s English department and as a writing tutor for NAU’s honors college. In an internship with Midnight Publishing LLC, she edited fiction and nonfiction manuscripts for clients. She is currently a prose reader for Waxwing Magazine.
Lauren specializes in editing fiction (short stories and novels), creative nonfiction, and poetry. She is excited to help Z Publishing promote and publish exciting, new voices in the literary world.
