Kent Weigle is a current MFA student in the Rainier Writing Workshop at Pacific Lutheran University with a focus in poetry. He graduated from University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in French and BFA in creative writing.
He was poetry editor for Atlantis, UNCW’s fine arts magazine, and has participated in numerous workshops focused on helping the poet realize their work’s potential. His own work has been published in RainTaxi, Talking River, Palaver, and Into the Void.
Kent edits fiction, creative non-fiction, and poetry. He specializes in the developmental editing of poetry and its myriad of forms: sonnets to free verse long poems. In tandem with Z Publishing, he looks forward to assisting new writers of all styles and backgrounds find their unique voice.
